It’s my fault

Did what I want happen? No.

Then my aim or my methods were wrong. I still have something to learn. That is the voice of authenticity.

Everything at Vayner Media is my fault.

There’s a thousand things wrong right now. There’s 8 to 80 people that are responsible for that but, at the end of the day, I hired and empowered those 8 to 80.

If the snacks in the kitchen stink, if we lost a client, if the micro-production team is not working well…in the end, every single thing in the company is my fault because I have the power to hire and fire every human that is actually creating that truth.

Please look yourself in the mirror and realize you’re the one that has the ability to make the change.
